1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codebound Volt ("the Service"), operated by CODEBOUND Limited ("we", "us", "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Codebound Volt is a Discord bot that provides community engagement tools including leaderboards, points economy, automated rewards, game integrations, and audio processing tools. The Service is offered in multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with varying feature sets.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed annually through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal — no questions asked. Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be eligible. All billing and refund processing is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to exploit or abuse the bot's features, using the Service for any illegal purpose, or interfering with other users' ability to use the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content associated with your Discord server. We store server configuration, engagement metrics, and transaction logs necessary to provide the Service. You may request data deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Codebound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
